Order Processing – Same Day Pick Up
All SAME DAY PICK UP orders placed on www.thenurserieph.com are processed and fulfilled by our warehouse team within 4 hours. A separate message via the registered number will be sent when orders are ready for pick up including pick up location details. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been fully processed, it will be shipped out, and delivery will occur within the time frame associated with the shipping method selected during checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your order has been fully processed, it will be shipped out, and delivery will occur within the time frame associated with the shipping method selected during checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Times & Carriers
After your order is shipped, transit times can vary between 1-12 business days depending on the shipping speed chosen at checkout. For Metro Manila and Luzon orders lead time is estimated at 2 -5 days. For Visayas and Mindanao 7 -12 days.

Updating Shipping and Billing Information
Shipping Address
It is important to review your shipping details before finalizing your purchase. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our support team at sales@thenurserieph.com with your order number and the corrected address within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your order is fully processed and a tracking number is provided, your order can no longer be canceled or modified.
Billing Address
We are unable to update billing addresses after an order is placed. However, as long as your shipping address is correct, your order will be processed without any issues. Please check your order confirmation to ensure all details are correct.
Order Cancellation
