I was very impressed with how quickly this item shipped since I received it a day later from ordering. It was packaged safely and arrived with no issues. The pacifier came with instructions on how to first sanitize before use. My almost 1 month old finds this a little too big though, so we'll try again in a few weeks once she starts getting bigger.
